Cancellation Policy

At SelectStock, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on selectstock.com may be canceled.

By placing an order with SelectStock, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Dispatch

  1. Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse
  2. Cancellation requests must be raised via email at support@selectstock.com or through your account dashboard (if available)
  3. Once canceled, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated as per our Refund Policy

1.2 After Dispatch

  1. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
  2. In such cases, customers may initiate a return only if the product qualifies under our Refund & Return Policy

2. Cancellation by SelectStock

SelectStock reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in the following situations:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Errors in pricing, description, or listing
  3. Payment failure or incomplete payment
  4. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  5. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  6. Operational, logistical, or force majeure issues

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. Refunds for prepaid canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method
  2. COD orders canceled before dispatch will not incur any charges
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines

4. Cancellation Charges

SelectStock does not charge any cancellation fees for orders canceled before dispatch.

However, if repeated cancellations or misuse of the cancellation option are observed, SelectStock reserves the right to restrict certain payment options (including COD) or suspend the account.

5. COD Order Cancellations

  1. COD orders must be canceled before dispatch
  2. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for the customer

6. Bulk / Reseller Orders

Orders placed under bulk purchase, wholesale, or reseller programs may be governed by separate cancellation terms as agreed at the time of order placement.

7. Policy Abuse

SelectStock reserves the right to take appropriate action, including order refusal or account suspension, if cancellation privileges are misused or abused.

8. Changes to This Policy

SelectStock may update this Order Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
