  2. International shipping is not available at this time
  3. Serviceability depends on courier partner coverage and PIN code availability

2. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  3. Processing time may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or due to operational issues

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and courier service:

  1. Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  2. Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  3. Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout
  2. Charges may vary based on product weight, delivery location, and order value
  3. Free shipping offers may be available on select products or during promotions

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD is available for select products and PIN codes only
  2. COD availability may be restricted based on customer history or order value
  3. A COD convenience fee may apply and will be shown at checkout

8. Delivery Attempts

  1. Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
  2. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin

Repeated delivery failures may result in additional shipping charges or order cancellation.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share unboxing photos or videos if requested

Claims reported after the stipulated time may not be accepted.

10. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of lost shipments, SelectStock will coordinate with the courier partner and take appropriate action, including refund or replacement as per our policies.

SelectStock shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
